BAPTISM
Baptism is a Christian initiation rite that involves immersing or sprinkling a person with water, often in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.It represents death to sin, resurrection to a new life in Christ, and entry into the community of believers.It is a sign of faith and commitment to God and the Church .
Baptisms at the Shrine are celebrated according to the Roman Rite, as established by the Catholic Church. The sacrament is administered following the norms and liturgical form mandated by the Church, making it a valid baptism recognized by all Catholic Churches.

GODPARENTS ID
Godparents must be practicing Catholics of good moral standing and demonstrate a life consistent with the teachings of the Church. Although it is not required that they have received all the sacraments, they must have been validly baptized in the Roman Catholic Church or the Old Catholic Church.

Baptisms are available Tuesday through Saturday, based on availability
